Ronchetti teve como grande marco de sua gest\u00e3o municipal a constru\u00e7\u00e3o do Hospital de Pronto Socorro de Canoas. Depois de sua passagem pelo Executivo, para o qual foi eleito em 2000 e reeleito em 2004, Ronchetti ainda retornou \u00e0 C\u00e2mara de Vereadores em 2012, eleito para o Legislativo ainda pelo PSDB. Ap\u00f3s terminar o mandato como vereador, j\u00e1 pelo PDT, o ex-prefeito saiu da vida p\u00fablica e seguiu sua luta contra o c\u00e2ncer. Viveu a pol\u00edtica enquanto teve for\u00e7as para participar dela e ser\u00e1 sempre lembrado pela instala\u00e7\u00e3o do Pronto Socorro, um legado que veio em boa hora para cidade, que era ainda extremamente dependente do Gracinha. Independente de todas as pol\u00eamicas que pautaram sua gest\u00e3o, instalar um hospital p\u00fablico em Canoas foi uma medida corajosa.
