O Brigadeiro-do-Ar Raimundo Nogueira Lopes Neto assumiu a fun\u00e7\u00e3o, substituindo o Brigadeiro-do-Ar Arnaldo Silva Lima Filho. O presidente da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Canoas, vereador Cezar Mossini (MDB), esteve presente.<\/p>\n<p>O novo comandante, Brigadeiro Nogueira, \u00e9 natural do Rio de Janeiro. Iniciou a carreira militar em 1\u00ba de fevereiro de 1984. Antes de assumir a Ala 3, ocupou o cargo de Chefe da Subchefia de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e Doutrina do Comando de Preparo (COMPRED), em Bras\u00edlia.
