A data \u00e9 celebrada mundialmente desde 2002.<\/p>\n<p>A proposi\u00e7\u00e3o (PL 05\/19) \u00e9 de autoria do vereador DJ Cabe\u00e7\u00e3o (PDT). Segundo ele, Canoas possui in\u00fameros locais para eventos que contam com esses profissionais, al\u00e9m de ser a sede da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Ga\u00facha de DJs.
