Em um contexto de polariza\u00e7\u00e3o, que provavelmente estender\u00e1 at\u00e9 o fim do segundo turno, as elei\u00e7\u00f5es de 2018 t\u00eam mudado a conjuntura pol\u00edtica do pa\u00eds. Como destaque no \u00e2mbito legislativo est\u00e1 o alto \u00edndice de renova\u00e7\u00e3o. Na Assembleia Legislativa do Rio Grande do Sul, a taxa alcan\u00e7ou 56%. J\u00e1 a C\u00e2mara Federal contou com renova\u00e7\u00e3o de 47,3%, a maior desde a redemocratiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Destaques<\/p>\n

O candidato a deputado estadual mais votado pelos canoenses foi o ex-vereador e ex-secret\u00e1rio do governo Busato (PTB) Airton Souza (MDB), com 13927 votos. Mesmo assim, ele n\u00e3o obteve n\u00fameros suficientes para uma vaga, totalizando 19.921 votos. J\u00e1 o ex-secret\u00e1rio municipal Dirceu do Busato (PTB) foi eleito deputado estadual. Em Canoas ele recebeu 3958 votos. Outro destaque foi M\u00e1rcio Freitas (PDT). Em Canoas, o atual vereador recebeu 8.819 votos para deputado federal. Ao todo, seu desempenho foi de 10.997 votos. A grande surpresa em Canoas foi a vaga conquistada por advogado Nereu Crispin (PSL) na C\u00e2mara Federal. Ele obteve 3.648 votos em Canoas e 32.200 no total.<\/p>\n

Em Canoas, a renova\u00e7\u00e3o tirou os cargos de dois nomes recorrentes na pol\u00edtica local. Marco Maia (PT) e Nelsinho Metal\u00fargico (PT) n\u00e3o obtiveram votos suficientes para renovar suas vagas na C\u00e2mara Federal e na Assembleia ga\u00facha, respectivamente. Nelsinho se manifestou, em nota, sobre a derrota: \u201cinfelizmente n\u00e3o conseguimos os votos necess\u00e1rios para estar entre os eleitos do nosso partido, ficando na terceira supl\u00eancia. Agrade\u00e7o a cada uma e a cada um de voc\u00eas, por todo apoio recebido!\u201d. Com isso, Canoas perde dois representantes a n\u00edvel estadual e nacional. Entre as maiores apostas para obter uma vaga, Felipe Martini (PSDB) e Beth Colombo (PRB) tiveram vota\u00e7\u00f5es abaixo do esperado.<\/p>\n
